Outdoor Family Session

$525 + 6% tax

A $100 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve a session appointment.

Includes:

• Immediate family members up to 6 people.

• 30 minute outdoor, natural light, evening session.  Sunrise sessions are also an option.  Please contact Heather to schedule a sunrise session.

• Includes ALL high resolution, downloadable images with print release.  No extra fees on digital images.

• A secure gallery link to all edited, high resolution digital images will be emailed to client within 3 weeks of session date.

• It does not include prints or albums.  Prints are available for purchase a la carte.

Location:  Some sessions have pre-scheduled locations, while others have the option for Clients to pick  a desired location.  The opportunity to pick the session location is available on the questionnaire at checkout.

Location Suggestions:

If client requests a location that requires a permit, it is the responsibility of the client to pay for the permit in addition to the session fee.

Rain date:   Heather will shoot on cloudy days.  If rain is actually falling, sessions will be rescheduled.   We will work together to come up with a rescheduled session date. There is no guarantee permit locations will have a rescheduled available date due to location popularity.

If  desired session date has a designated scheduled rain date: When booking your session, you are required to COMMIT to the designated rain date associated with your original session date.

If you cancel:   If Client cancels their session in less than 48 hours of session date and time, Client will be billed a $100 cancellation fee.

Heather Mazur Photography is PA registered, fully licensed and insured.

I shoot with professional Sony mirrorless cameras and all Sony lenses, carefully chosen to provide beautiful detail and consistency.
